I am suffering frm grade1 meniscus tear in knee n snapping hip frm past 3 mnts 1st I consulted my doctor bt there my problem was nt solved. Past 2 mnths I!m showing 2 another doctor as he sugt I taking manual physio. Bt nw In my knee I ve 60% improvement im doing exercises 4 tb band stretch bt no impro I ll it be cured

You might be having lig laxity. G1 tear will do better with physio (closed chain quads ex)but high grade tear needs scopy.
