I have a small white spot on my feet and on my cheek. I have contacted a dermatologist and he confirmed that it is a IGH caused by depigmentation and prescribed TBIS 0.1% ointment and nothing else and ointment to be applied only at night for 2 months. My query is will this small spot spread and become large? Please confirm.
