There is small white patches on hand fingers both the hands...there is no pain and itching but its round and small kind of white patches looking different on hand fingers.recently 10days back its appeared..is this a allergy or normal white patches? what is the remedy and how to over come this?and food diet i hav to follow for this? Pls suggest me...
