Small white patch inside the mouth
Small white patch at the last molar teeth down as in the image.recently I last molar teeth before one is filled that having cavity at the down of the small white patch is there.i posted the pic

I am able to see ulcer like lesion in the picture u enclosed -sometimes could be related to injury from tooth brush
yellow deposits on ur teeth seen -u need professional cleaning
we advise not to smoke or chew Tobacco
if that patch/ulcer persist for more than a week advise to consult a dentist
