Your symptoms are suggestive of a hordeolum(stye) which is a localized infection or inflammation of the eyelid margin involving hair follicles of the eyelashes (ie, external hordeolum) or meibomian glands (ie, internal hordeolum). You can treat it by antibiotics, warm compress the area with a warm towel 4 times a day fo 15 minutes and you can use a topical antibiotics over it. If the condition persists or worsens, visit the opthalmologist at the earliest.
