Hi Doctor, I have a small red bump on my scalp for a few years . It feels like a tiny lump with a peelable or flaky surface, not painful or itchy. I’m unsure if it’s a wart, infection, or cyst. What could it be, and can I use any ointment or shampoo for it? I’m from Tamil Nadu, India.
