Small Pin Size Hole In Tonsil

Hi today i noticed a small pin sized hole in my tonsil. I am under medication for laryngitis and do steam and gargle 3 times a day. I also brush twice a day. I have no idea how to hole came up there. Can u plz suggest what might be reason and how can i cure it.

It is possible that hole has been there for a while .. u just noticed it today as u were more anxious ... These are tonsillar crypts which are present in every tonsil .. sometimes they become deep due to fibrosis so appear as a hole ... Don't worry it's nothing dangerous
