Hi, i'm having small pimple like spots on my forehead. It doesnt itch nor does it go away like in case of pimples. What is it?

Looks like a sebaceous cyst or a cystic acne. It can be removed surgically by a dermatosurgeon nearby, Get it examined for a proper evaluation.
