My kid (age 3years) is getting small pimple and white patch in some areas of body.. Bum, chest, hand. Also have small pimple in finger and legs. What to do?

Probably suffering from Atopic dermatitis.. without seeing can't treat.. send photos for proper diagnosis and treatment
