When the bladder is full or urge to urinate, a small pain like piercing is sensed, after urinating no pain. Drops of urine comes automatically after urinating, twice or thrice a day, especially when sitting.

hello there. consult a urologist. your case needs proper workup with USG abdomen of prevoid and post void levels. regards
