Few years back a small mass was felt beneath the skin in the back side below the shoulder. Sometimes a white discharge was experienced that time. That has recently grown bigger but not disturbing anyway. It has not touched the muscle and possibly existing in the fat layer beneath the skin. What is this ? Is it risky ? What should I do ? My height - 5ft 10inch Weight - 84 kg Hypertensive. No suger.
