Small lumps on testicles

My husband has around 3-4 small lumps on his testicles since last many years, although it is not painful but he is worried about it. Can you please suggest what we should do for this. Is su-mag ointment is suitable for this case???? Or any other medicine to be suggested????

If these swellings are on skin of testicle ,They are very likely to be sebecious cysts. With medication they will not disappear. If there is pain or sudden increase in size , consult a Surgeon. If the swellings are deeper consult surgeon immediately.
