Hi I have a bump on my back for an year almost. Few days back by accident it got hurt. It was paining for some days but now pain has stopped. I am just wondering whether that lump can be cancerous ?

Show it to a general surgeon. It could be just a sebaceous cyst. At your age cancer is very unlikely.
