A small, round, movable lump in the inner lower jaw is most commonly a reactive lymph node, minor salivary gland swelling, or a benign cyst. These are usually harmless and may appear due to local irritation or infection. Observe it for now. If it persists beyond 2–3 weeks, increases in size, becomes painful, or hard, consult a dentist or oral surgeon for clinical examination and imaging if needed.
