On body uper side like face or neck she has suffering from small kind of pimples She is 3 month old baby..we consult our doc.he gave us Atarax drop and flutibact skin ointment for this..

If it does not improve within 3 days It will require an oral antibiotics Would prefer mupirocin ointment for local application than flutibact Keep surface clean
