We have a 7 months old girl baby and she had a small gland at the back of right ear first for 3 days and the gland seems not to have reduced and now there is a small gland at the back of left ear as well.kindly advise if it is something serious , there is no pain for her if we touch the gland.

It may be an enlarged lymph node,  due to a recent cold, ear infection or even dandruff etc. It will reduce in size once the cause subsides. In case it increases, causes discomfort or pain,  u need to consult your pediatrician
