Small clot in upper arm

My son 2 month 28 days old. I found some small clot in his upper arm I touched number of times to see whether it has pain. But no pain. Is it something serious or clot will go on there own.

Nothing to worry if it is single most probably due to trauma..wait for 4-5days if no other lesions appear.

If it's on the left upper end... Then it can be because bcg mark which was given at. Birth...
