In my USG report hypoechoic lesion 8 mm × 5 mm in the subcutaneous tissues seen with out abnormal vascularity at nape of neck ? Small inflamatory lesion at nape of neck . What does it mean any serious ?

See are you DM I mean dibetes If no than Befor starting antibiotics Consult surgeon Because nape of neck infection can land into necrosis nd abcess So it's better post a picture here or consult surgeon

Single  small inflammatory lesion at nape of neck  is not worrying  at all.
Next Steps
get a blood sugar test  done and watch for  dandruff and  any other  scalp  lesion.
