Small bumps on cheek and chin

Some small bumps have appeared on entire cheek and jawline. These are not looking like whiteheads. They are in clusters and a lot of are there. Please advise what condition is thism I generally have oily acne prone skin and sensitive too. I have attached a pic as well.
