Small bump on my head. Is it a cyst?

I have a small bump on my head which I can feel when I comb my hair. It developed recently. Is it a cyst? Or something serious.

It is most probably nothing serious. It could be a sebaceous cyst. If its not painful you can consult a specialist for removal at your convenience.  If it becomes painful, there is a possibility of infection in which case you will need antibiotics.
