Small boils on face

My baby is 1 month old. She has small heat like boils on both cheeks and a bit of them on hands as well. It there a way we can have a smooth skin for her. This is my second baby. First baby did not have heat boils when she was infant.

Don't apply any oil over face it will improve itself
