Small acne becomes wound
Hello,
I asking this question for my husband as he is not going to consult any doctor. he is suffering from wounds in armpits and at abdominal area. firstly small acne pump on the skin then slowly it became a big wound. it's like a hole in armpits. I am very afraid what this is sign of. can you please help and suggest what can be do for this issue.?
