Slurred speech

Sometimes i slur my words and experience difficulty speaking and i feel like that my brain is generally slow. This started lately. But other people don't notice that. When i talk to people i am focusing on each word and every sentence what i am saying. Because of this problem i am so scared. Earlier i used to be a very confident but now my confidence has lost to talk with people. Did i suffer from any stroke or do i have a brain tumor?

At the age of 23, and if you have no other comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, smoking, alcoholism or drug abuse you are not likely to get a stroke. If you have doubt however, you need to undergo a thorough neurological evaluation and if required brain imaging also to rule out a stroke. It is better to get a neurological consultation as early as possible. Best regards.
