What to do if the egg growth is slow.. I got pregnant twice but aborted both the times due to slow growth and absence of heart beat. I have pcod too and I m taking tablets to reduce that under doctor's prescription

Are you on ovulation induction? If growth of eggs is slow you might need stronger medications.
