Does immunotherapy drops (SLIT) affect our overall immune system. How safe is it for children's to take it.

If you are allergic to particular something, targeted therapy helps. SLIT doesn’t help much for generalised allergies. And no, it doesn’t affect immunity much. Consider it only if you need it as a treatment and only on advice of a treating physician.
