I have slipped disc problem on L4-L5 and after MRI a doctor suggested me 4 operation so I took Ayurvedic treatment and nw I m gud condition lyk that time I ws nt able to even walk now doing everything bt there is pain evrywhr on legs and lower back and so many precautions. Sggst me if I Cn cmpltly perfect frm Ur trtmnt
