Slightly elevated creatinine

Hi dr During routine follow up with cardiologist one year ago  creatinine was found to be 1.21 where acc to report normal limit was 1.17 . He suggested kft after 6 months and now again in kft creatinine is 1.18 where normal limit is 1.17 and some more 2 -3  parameters are abnormal like phosphorus etc His usg and Uacr was normal 1 year ago.. Is it an indicator of Kidney disease Report attached Thanx

The creatinine of a person fluctuates with ht weight, protein intake and hydration status

please do a cystatin c it's a marker of kidney function just like creatinine if it turns out to be normal then u don't need to worry
