Sir, I have a slight pigeon chest.I want to compete for CDS Combined defence Service and I found that I may be medically unfit but I have no problem of breathlessness,chest pain or ache. I want to ask you, should i prepare for this exam or not because rejection at end will break me up. My last hope is over you. Any doctor or doctors who worked in defence  could answer me🙏?
