It feels like suction in lower abdomen near urinary bladder and slight pain in the penis while touching it and feels like urinating every time

It usually happens in urinary tract infection.. Get an urine routine and microscopy test, Urine culture and sensitivity test and USG abdomen and pelvis done... Get back with reports as depending on reports you may require antibiotics, meanwhile drink plenty of water....
