Hi, It can be a very uncomfortable situation, sorry that you’re having to go through it, what’s required is diet modification. The acidity in your stomach needs to go down. Also a function of hydration at times so you could fix these basics first and then re assess. Regardless, do not worry as it is generally a temporary condition and self limiting. (Goes away without much treatment)

You could eat more fibrous fruits for dinner (apple/ orange) Add some ghee to food that you eat to tone down spices Get some exercise and adequate hydration Reduce night time smoking (if smoker) Avoid eating food after 9pm Avoid sugary foods ( acidic )
