Hi, It can be a very uncomfortable situation, sorry that you’re having to go through it, what’s required is diet modification. The acidity in your stomach needs to go down. Also a function of hydration at times so you could fix these basics first and then re assess. Regardless, do not worry as it is generally a temporary condition and self limiting. (Goes away without much treatment)

You could eat more fibrous fruits for dinner (apple/ orange)
Add some ghee to food that you eat to tone down spices
Get some exercise and adequate hydration
Reduce night time smoking (if smoker)
