I've a slight lump in troath i do not have difficulty in sawalling nor any pain but it looks like a lump is it cancer

Hi At your age it's less likely to be cancer Also do you have any addiction like alcohol and smoking? This can be secondary to gastric reflux or Anemia

please get your blood investigation done, especially hemoglobin start tab omez 20 mg twice a day for 5 days
