My mother has sleeping disorders , she is unable to sleep in night if she does not take medicine  some days she was unable to sleep although she has taken medicine prescribed by doctor. Doctor told that she has not any kind of  serious disease.

Sleep issues are secodary to something . But your doctor has told you that she does not have a serious issue. Then the doctor wil be able to reduce and stop, right? What is your concern now ?
