In December I had some stomach issues and decided to change my lifestyle. So I have been trying to sleep early, its been two months and I can't sleep properly. My sleep gets broken after 2-3 hrs and even a small sound irritates me. I am not getting 8 hrs of sleep and it's affecting my day to day routine. I usually sleeps 10pm and sleep comes at 12am. I wake up at 4 am and after that I can't sleep properly.
