Not getting continuous sleep. Its very difficult to get sleep and after getting sleep it lasts only 3 hours in a day. In between sleep different thoughts related with that day comes to mind hence i am getting half sleep only.
U shud see or talk to a psychiatrist....can take online appointment.... this cud be depression ,anxiety or insomia....needs assessment ...
Also may require medicine also....
