Not getting continuous sleep. Its very difficult to get sleep and after getting sleep it lasts only 3 hours in a day. In between sleep different thoughts related with that day comes to mind hence i am getting half sleep only.
U shud see or talk to a psychiatrist....can take online appointment.... this cud be depression ,anxiety or insomia....needs assessment ...
Also may require medicine also....
Feeling lightheaded and sleep disturbance anxiety think negative things all time got panic and irritated
