Hello, consult a general physician MD/PSYCHIATRIST. clonazepam1 mg at nine or nine thirty.than walk for ten minutes no TV, no gossip than switch off the lights n go to bed.try it for five seven days. Before going to bed take one cup or glass of warm milk it is said to be sleep producer. Ok.
