Sleeping problem

It is 4:26 am o'clock,but I'm still awake. I am trying to fall aslep but without use. I just argued with my GF at 10:30 pm. In this circumstances please advise me something.

At times sleep disturbances are normal as u mentioned you had a fight with your gf. May be those thoughts were disturbing you due to which you are awake. Let the time go. Talk out to your gf and sort things out.
