1. stand in morning sun, evening sun. for minimum 5 mins for 2 months. the body's clock will.align a little.
2. decide the deadline for your phone use. like 1am or 2am. whatever . after that if your hand goes for the phone again. pinch yourself. this way you will again connect with your body.
