My son is 3 month old, he is sleeping on one side, can this age babies sleep on side position, is there won't be any problem, what is the best sleeping positions for them

The baby should sleep only in supine position at this age. He can sleep on one side for some time under supervision. Absolutely not in prone position. Can be life threatening. Best position : Supine position ( that is on his back) with a slightly elevated head end. The back should be straight. Avoid pillows.
