Sleeping disorder

From some days i am suffering from sleeping disorder tried so to sleep but not able and also gastric issues  what to do ?

Regularize sleep patterns.. Follow same sleep schedule everyday. Do not sleep in the afternoon, if night time sleep is hampered. Exercise in the evening, you will sleep better when you are tired. Limit use of electronic gadgets at bed time. Reading story books at bedtime helps to sleep better ✌
