Hello. I am 17 years old and recently I’ve been having sleeping problems. I’ve been waking up at 2-3am with a high pulse, sweating and lighthead. I’ve read some things in the internet and I’ve been thinking about having heart problem a lot. However, I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or coffee, I have a good diet and I exercise often. Now I’m not sure if my subconscious mind is responsible for that or I really hve a problem.
In my sleep sometimes my heart rate going beyond 100 and below 50. Is it normal. Can I bring it to normal
