Kindly check your hemoglobin , vit B12, vit D3, HBA1C level,and thyroid profile.. Improve your diet, eat more protein.. Take a good multivitamin.. Take adequate water to avoid dehydration which can cause lethargy n sleepy as well. U can connect for further discussion and treatment plan
