Don't sleep during day time. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1-2 hours daily in the morning. Eat plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Don't sleep before 10:30 pm. Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. Try this for 3 months.
If all these measures fail , consult a psychologist.
