Sleep problems

Since long I am not active after getting up.eventhough I fall asleep immediately at 10.30and wakes up at 7.15am. I don't know when mind  starts thinking or dreaming irrational, irrelevant things and it continues till I wake up. Probably from 1 to 2am onwards. I assume this may be reason for my jiddyness. How to get good and sound sleep. Or whom to consult.

Don't sleep during day time. Do regular physical exercises for atleast 1-2 hours daily in the morning. Eat plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Don't sleep before 10:30 pm. Drink a glass of hot milk before going to bed. Try this for 3 months. If all these measures fail , consult a psychologist.
