I am not able to sleep when I am supposed to sleep i.e., in the night. I cannot sleep until morning. I am not insomniac as I fall asleep in the morning. I try very hard but cannot sleep when I am supposed to sleep. I don't know what is my problem.
I feel drowsy and sleep in the office hours. 2-3 times this happens to me during 8 hours of working.
