Reduce ur anxiety, take positive attitude towards examination. Make proper plan and try to follow it through out exam period. Take nutritious easily digestable foods,regular exercises, do not take too much tea or coffe mostly in evening or night..avoid using too much gadgets likr pc ,mobile.
Take-
Kali phos 200X-6 tab at morning &8 tabs at night before sleep-for 2 weeks.
