I have sleeping issues, I hate going to sleep. I can fall asleep if I am dead sleep/take melatonin, if it's 3-5am, etc.
Weeks go by with bad sleep. 1 bad sleep keeps continuing for week.
I am irritated, can't work, can't sleep, can't rest. I do steam, use Vicks inhalers n so on, but my nose seems kinda blocked. Even while yoga breathing my nose is kinda blocked.
