Im having insomnia since last one month during this lockdown period. I get sleep only at 5 am in the morning. I also used to exercise earlier but now not doing exercise at gym due to lockdown. I'm currently taking melatonin 3 mg since last 1 week. Please help
I was feeling a sleep disorder from past 7months . I try to sleep early by 10pm though I unable to sleep
