I'm unable to get enough sleep every day for last one week. I can hardly sleep for 4 hours nd feel very tired after that. Is there a possibility I'm undergoing stress out of my abortion on 22/7/17. I just cannot forget it.

Yes. It is likely. A good night sleep depends on your right psychological state, physical health, no stress, no disturbing environment etc. Abortion does cause disturbance in all of these and your sleep seems to have been affected.
Next Steps
You need to start letting go of any negative emotions calmly. Be mindful of your thoughts and emotions and see how they might be affecting your mood, your functioning, your behavior, eating, sleeping etc. Don't fight with your emotions. Just let them be. Get help and support from loved ones. Get into positive imagery while going to sleep. Let go of negative emotions and practice deep breathing exercise.
Health Tips
Avoid day time naps. Keep yourself occupied with enjoyable activities as much as possible. Good diet, walking, fluid intake. Yoga and meditation would help too. Notice if there is any anxiety and preoccupation about sleep during day, consciously keep cutting it off. If problems persist or worsens please consult a psychiatrist.
