Nope. Zolfresh doesn't cause weight gain or skin problems. Of course, in some very rare cases, some people may be allergic to the medicines, which can happen in case of any medicine including simple paracetamol. So please do not self medicate. Use it only if it's advised by your doctor, preferably, a Psychiatrist. You can use upto 6 weeks maximum, but when taken under professional advice, they'd help you to get off the medicine much sooner.  Hope this information helps you.
