My mother is 52 years of age and from past 20 days she is not gettting sleep in night she says she is hearing some noices during night as well as in morning even when no one is there. She is becoming restless and there is sudden mood swings many time and she remain sad and depressed....our word of motivation lies just for few hours

Was there any incident which happened recently,  like,  someone close to her has fallen sick. Or,  she lost someone one to her!! Do fix an Appointment with a psychologist and find out what is the reason for her behavior. She would be able to resolve  it.
