Due to lockdown and less physical activity , I decided to eat bit less and eat early.
So I started having dinner before 6.30 PM and sleep around 10 pm . I am having a glass milk before going to bed. I am following this for past few days i.e week. But from last few days I am unable to sleep as I feel my stomach bloating and it is effecting my sleep.
Earlier I used to have dinner at 9 pm
Do I need to change timings or any medication is required. Kindly suggest.
Note : I walk atleast 3000+ steps after having dinner daily.
I get a cough after cycling for distance more than 8 km. According to doctor it is because of acid reflux
